Verdant Leaf offers a 30-day return policy on all purchases made through our online store. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. To start a return, you can contact us at shop@verdantleaf.com. Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready.
If purchased from a retailer, the customer must return the item purchased to the store where purchased pursuant to the terms of the retailers return policies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Purchased items should be returned within 30 days.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new unused condition and packaged/sealed in the original manufacturers' packaging.
- The apparel apparel must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item.
- Gift cards, coupons, promotions, free gifts etc. are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that we are not responsible for any return shipping costs.
DAMAGES
If item(s) included in your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at shop@verdantleaf.com and we will replace the product for free. We may request pictures of your damages to process your refund/exchange claim.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
REFUND
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your account to be credited.
